Our model is a size 38 regular width foot. This shoe design felt slightly roomy on her. We suggest sizing down if you are in between sizes. We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.

On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

Standard shipping in Australia is a flat rate for all orders of:

$10 for one pair

$18 for two pairs 

$22 for three or more pairs

Express post is also available and will be calculated at checkout based on order weight.

USA & CANADA

International Express Delivery 2-4 business days. Costs calculated at checkout.

REST OF WORLD costs calculated at checkout. Shipped within 3-8 business days International Express.

Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are not refundable upon return.

Unsure of sizing? Why not order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. 

Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.

Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit unless purchasing to try on for size.

Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
