This shoe is best fitted for a narrow to regular width foot. There will be a slight amount of give/stretch if you wear the shoe around prior to your special occasion.

On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

Unsure of sizing? Why not order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. 

Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.

Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit unless purchasing to try on for size.

Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
